April 15 – 18 Rua Reid Lighthouse, Inverewe, Lechmelm, and Ullapool (3 places) Spend three nights in an isolated lighthouse. Excellent location for walking, visiting Inverewe Garden, Leckmelm Arboretum and Ullapool.

 

 

Island of Colonsay

Orkney Islands May 13 – 17 (8 places)

Based in Kirkwall for four nights. Enjoy exploring Orkney including Scara Brae, the Ring of Brodgar, the Tomb of the Eagles and the islands of Hoy and Rousay.

 


Skye Raasay May 27 – 30 (3 places)

One night on Skye at Uig Hostel (SYHA) and two nights on Raasay based on the Youth Hostel. Explore the wilds of Skye, the Fairy Glen, enchanting, the Old man of Storr. On Raasay drink in the peace and quiet. Walk Calum's Road and feel at one with yourself.

 


Western Isles June 10 – 16 (8 places)

This is a special journey which you will never forget. Living in Black Houses on Lewis, Bernery and South Uist. Walking and paddling the amazing beaches. Visiting the standing stones of Callinish the Black House at Arnol. Finishing the week on Barra where the Vatersay boys often play great Scottish music and the Kisimul Cafe awaits your pleasure with a good curry.

End your experience with a five hour sail to Oban which feels like a cruise. I almost fancy going myself! 

 

 

Banffshire Aberdeenshire 24 – 27 June ( 3 places )

The wealth of gardens on this tour is amazing. From massive floral shows at the Great Garden of Pitmedden to lovely environment of Leithhall (both NTS). Based in the Harbour Hostel in Cullen a beautiful seaside town with lovely beach and bay across which you can sea the Bow Fiddle Rock and if you are lucky Dolphins swimming from Speybay to Banff and back.

Knoydart 16 – 20 September ( 3 places) Ferry and on foot.
